Four eyes

So my roommate Kristin works for a tile company, the owner of which also has an eyewear company, Amy Sacks. Of course, right? Kristin, however, was apparently given the task of photographing a bunch of glasses though and had the genius idea of inviting friends and acquaintances and pets to model in exchange for some frames (and snacks...) This building in SW also houses the tile company below and the eyewear/makeup ladies were given access to the second floor for the photos! Hannah and I got on board (hope I got you some good ones Colleen!) with plenty of time to get our ping pong on.

Shola Special

Doesn't she look great in these little skirts? Shola is my XS/S model. I'm still not sure why this dummy didn't go to the America's Next Top petite model casting here...anyway, smaller skirts coming to the shop this week.

Alien badger in a lady suit!

This might be my favorite skirt of the batch; there was only enough fabric for one! Plus it is a size S/M waist with an inch or two shaved off the bottom due to fabric quantity constraints...yeah, short skirts!

This Doll's House

Oooohhh new skirts and a creepy doll photo shoot are in the works! I just met with Kelty, Hannah and Nadia to give form to our most recent brainchild in conjunction with Shola...in the meantime I leave you with one of my photographic inspirations. Hilde Holta-Lysell is the woman behind Oslostil (if any of you out there are Scandophiles like myself, you might have also spent copious amounts of time checking out what people are wearing in Norway while this blog was still going strong) as well as a multitasking photographer/artist/mom/awesome lady. Strangely enough, she calls her endeavors "A Doll's House" Ibsen? Coincidence? Excellent.
